Who is responsible
Bloom Mobility Technologies LTD is responsible for the personal information collected through hellobloom.co.tz and our WhatsApp, phone and email channels.
What we collect
Details you give us: name, email, phone and WhatsApp numbers, delivery address, and messages about the cars you’re interested in.
Order information: vehicles ordered, prices, payments and shipping documents.
Technical information: basic device and browser details and pages viewed, used to keep the site secure and working well. Saved cars are stored only on your device.
How we use it
To answer enquiries, prepare quotes and invoices, buy and ship your vehicle, keep you updated, meet legal and tax obligations, and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only with partners who need it to deliver your car: exporters and auction houses in Japan, shipping lines, clearing agents, banks and payment providers, and authorities such as TRA where the law requires it. Each receives only what is necessary.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax and company law require, and enquiries for up to two years unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Security
Passwords are stored in hashed form, connections to our site are encrypted, and documents are only downloadable by you and the staff handling your order.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
Our services are for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
